"Massachusetts Health Reform: Employers, Lower-Wage Workers and Universal Coverage," Center for Studying Health System Change: The issue brief examined how the Massachusetts health insurance law likely will affect employers' decisions to offer health coverage to workers and employees' decisions on purchasing employer-sponsored coverage. The brief was based on interviews in January with 25 health care market observers.
