Full expenses will be paid including travel and childcare and carer costs.

- People with experience of inpatient care including people who have been admitted to hospital with a diabetic condition or complications or with another illness
- People who were diagnosed in hospital

Help and support is provided to help you contribute to the meeting, including full access for people with disabilities.
We are looking for 20 people in total.
This conference is part of a unique collaboration between Department of Health and NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement. A one-day workshop is being held aiming to improve patient experience, prevent unnecessary hospital admissions and reduce the length of stay, resulting in better quality and value of care.
