Light At Night Is Overlooked As Cause
posted by Richard L. Hansler on 14 Nov 2007 at 6:56 amThere is a great deal of evidence from both animal and human studies that using light at night encourages tumal growth. The mechanism is suppression of melatonin, a cancer fighting hormone. By using glasses that block blue light ,melatonin flow can occur . Normal evening activities may continue. This simple change in lifestyle could cut breast cancer rate in half, to that of blind women.
