i would like to find out information on how to go about opening my own home and if the state will help me. i have a brother in the nursing home (total care) a brother with cancer who is disabled and my mother has alheizmers and is recovering from a broken hip. i would like to start my on home need info on how to go about this i am aslo an LPN. with this state. please send me info
