Resiliency Is A Strength

I'm in my 60snow and just recently identified resiliecy has been at work in my life for a very long time. Only in the past ten years due to overwhelming stress and unaddressed traumas in my life caused my 'bounce back' to slow down. Identifying my strength of being resilient has had a very profound effect in my life.
