Dosage for gMG

For generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG), the typical dose is 1,008 mg/11,200 units (one vial) per infusion. You’ll receive one infusion of Vyvgart Hytrulo each week for 4 weeks.

Your doctor may recommend additional 4-week treatment cycles for gMG, depending on your response to the treatment. They’ll likely wait at least 50 days between each treatment cycle.
