After graduating with a bachelor’s in journalism and cultural anthropology from the University of Florida, she moved to California. She spent years writing about medical risks, sharing underreported stories on issues primarily affecting women and people with uteruses. Today, Ashley writes intimately about mental health, investigating everything from depression, anxiety, and ADHD to sex, love, and loss.
