How likely are you to recommend Dr. Krishnan?
This one isn't for Dr. Krishnan, but rather a member of the office staff. This morning, I got to Advanced Urology about twenty, twenty-five minutes early for a 10:30 o'clock appointment. After checking in and providing my 'sample', I took a seat in the spacious waiting room. A few minutes after my scheduled time to see the doctor, one of the receptionists called me up to the front desk to inquire if I had been called inside. I informed, 'No, but it just turned ten-thirty, so we're good.' The receptionist replied she noticed I was sitting, waiting, for some time and wanted to be make sure I hadn't been forgotten. Excellent observation by this lady who wanted to be certain I wasn't keep waiting beyond a reasonable delay. Can't say the same for every appointment I've had, doctor's or otherwise, in my lifetime. Kudos to Advanced Urology for having the smarts to employ this woman.
