Dr. Bowen has been an amazing doctor for my brother who has late stage bladder cancer. He is honest and one one occasion intervened in a critical situation with my brother. He got my brother transported from Elk City ER to OKC for emergency surgery. There are no words to express my family’s gratitude for his care and expertise.
