Most people who leave reviews do so because they’re angry and unhappy. The vast majority that had exceptional cares do not bother. So these reviews are skewed by nature. I want to take a minute to share that I had a great experience with Dr Malaeb and his team. I had a revision penile implant surgery. My previous urologist really messed things up. And I had lost hope after multiple interventions that anyone would be able to fix it. And that my sex life is over. He walked me through the process at the initial consultation. His clinic was running on time. He explained the expectations and the recovery. The surgery was at the surgery center in Brighton and I have to say… best experience with healthcare ever. I have recovered well. His team was prompt in responding to messages. I just wish there are more doctors like him
