After an arduous process to get an appointment , Dr Duty exceeded expectations. His professional competency, concern for the Health Care System, involvement and engagement in making positive changes in the health care system all make him an exceptional professional. His skill in the art and talent to do the procedures was evident. His entire team think and talk highly of him and work well together. I believe the arduous process of seeing such a competent professional is not entirely his "fault" but rests largely with the system. I hope we can find ways to "clone" skilled practitioners like Dr Duty and enable them to work in ways that nurture their talent, not deplete it.
