I was pt of Dr. Faber for 20+ yrs. I have new ins & wasn't able to find anyone to accept. 4 E.R. visits past 8 wks w/ no help or ref. to find Urologist & lack of edu. of my disease Cystinuria.Called U.A. & was worked in to see Dr. Eckstein due to the urgency of my symptoms & CRD. I was taken back in less than 10 mins. He already had my scans from E.R. visits & a plan of action ready. Negative, I had tried many times for appt w/ U.A. but front desk cont. to say my ins was not accepted. Staff A+
