Patient Reviews
Jan 13, 2017
Today, 01-12-2017, I visited with Dr Hay for the 1st time. Aside from having to wait for 1 hour and 10 mins, which included filling out the original insurance info, HIPA, ect. , I was Very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism that Dr Hay showed. He did things that NO urologist had done in more than 18 years. I was very impressed. I drove all the way to Miami to see some hot shot that wasted my time.

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
