How likely are you to recommend Dr. Nguyen?
Dr. Nguyen saw our son for an abnormal urinary ultrasound. Our son has PTSD and doctors make him very nervous, but Dr. Nguyen was so kind and interactive with him, that he was able to do the examine with minimal issues. He listened carefully to our concerns, did a physical exam, and then explained in easy to understand details what was going on, and how to fix it. He explained all of our options and helped us pick the right one for us. His office called the next day to schedule the procedure, and the scheduler explained to us exactly how everything would go. They called the day before the procedure to re explain everything to us. The procedure was done at an outpatient surgery center, and everyone there was so kind. Every person we talked to explained exactly what was going to happen, and once he went back for the procedure, there was a TV telling us what step of the procedure he was in, keeping us updated throughout. We had a follow up scheduled before we left. I recommend him! 100%
