Because Medicare would cover surgery on my left eye lid to improve limited field of vision, Dr. Richard's explained in detail what the procedure would do, possible side effects, and what to expect during the actual surgery. Everything went exactly as she predicted. She and her staff were competent and caring. If only all medical experiences and procedures went this smoothly and turned out so successfully!!
