How likely are you to recommend Dr. Rookis?
This was just a basic visit for some potential sudden issue's I might be facing, but she was the nicest and most reassuring doctor I think I've ever visited. Definitely helped alleviate a lot of my health anxiety and explained things very thoroughly and answered all of my questions. She even asked about how much I paid for the visit, I assume because no procedures were really done, and refunded half of the cost when she learned that I currently lack insurance and employment as I was inquiring about potential further testing costs. She did not have to do that but it was an extremely kind gesture on top of her already being reassuring and kind in regards to my issue(s). For all of these things, I am extremely grateful. Will absolutely try to see her again if I need more urology expertise in the future and highly recommend her, especially if you are anxious or confused with your medical issues or needs.
