How likely are you to recommend Dr. Abedin?
The front desk staff all looked like they hated their jobs. I came in and there was no eye contact or greeting of any kind. Another patient told me to check in myself on this notebook that was not working. In 2022 I just came to the staff and had a personal check-in. It went faster and was a warmer experience. It is too bad because I find Tareq Abedin to be a great physician. It seems that LMG is recruiting doctors to become members so they manage the office. It is so cold and impersonal. I felt like a patient annoying the staff, rather than a person following the Doctor's order.
