Dr. Alameda was very considerate when I forgot my X-ray CD and PT 1st was taking too long to answer the phone - set up to see me later that day, which is practically unheard of with a Dr. office, so definitely full points for that. Also, the relief from knee pain was extraordinary the day after the cortisone shots in each knee. Also, the shots were very close to painless, more like knocking my funny bone and that only lasted about 5 seconds. What could be improved is this: Dr. Alameda didn't give me any idea as to how long I can expect relief from the knee pain. I had to ask Dr. Google. Even if it is variable, tell me that. Also, I could have used some recommendations for knee stabilizer brace, because I have leg hyperextension, and so far I have ordered and returned 2 braces from Amazon. Although he did provide exercise recommendation sheets, I'd say overall he fell a bit short on the whole picture.
