Nurse Practitioner Heather Cade was a truly compassionate and wonderful medical provider. Came for a visit with issues with difficulty breathing during sleep and she took the time to listen to me, never cutting me off once (something a lot of doctors seem to do). She seemed genuinely sincerely concerned with my my medical issues and wanting me to thrive in life, not having my problems keep me from being healthy and happy. She made me comfortable and at ease even when having a endoscope into my nose to search for any problems. She took the time to explain everything, even having a consulting doctor come in to give me treatment options. The office was neat, clean and staff seemed knowledgeable, caring and kind. Very happy with my care.
