Stacy A. Henigsman, DO

Dr. Henigsman received her undergraduate degree from California State University, Long Beach where she graduated magna cum laude. She received her Doctor of Medicine at Western University of Health Sciences. She graduated first in her medical school class and was inducted into the medical honor society, Sigma Sigma Phi. While attending Western University, Dr. Henigsman developed a special interest in women’s health and chose to dedicate her career to obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Henigsman completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of California, Irvine, one of the top obstetrics and gynecology programs in the country. At UCI, she conducted research on fetal heart rate patterns. Her research has been published in the journal Obstetrics and Gynecology.

After finishing residency, Dr. Henigsman started a private practice in California where she developed a special interest in minimally invasive gynecologic surgical procedures. She was one of two gynecologists chosen to start the minimally invasive robotic surgery program at Orange Coast Memorial Hospital. Dr. Henigsman has performed over 1,000 minimally invasive robotic surgeries and is trained in complex gynecologic surgery.
