Hosted by Winald Gerritsen, Professor, Radboud University Medical Centre. A medical oncologist and a former Director of the Cancer Center Amsterdam. Prof. Gerritsen has extensive expertise in translational research with a special interest in tumor-immunology and prostate cancer. Following his medical training at the University of Nijmegen, Prof. Gerritsen achieved his PhD in 1989 on bone marrow transplantation at the Medical School of the Erasmus University of Rotterdam, where after he worked in different positions at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, the University Hospital Utrecht, The Netherlands Cancer Institute / Antoni van Leeuwenhoek Hospital and the VU Medical Center.
