How likely are you to recommend Aprille Ostert?
I had my hip replaced 14 months ago and fully recovered until 4 months ago when I had to stop playing golf and walking my dogs. I was back on a cane. Worked with several physical therapists for 2 months. They were great but we could not seem to get rid of the pain. I got discouraged. Two friends told me to try Aprille and that they had worked with her for years with great success. ?And she is amazing. She is one on one and watched me closely for signs of trouble. When my muscles fired, I had about a 3 second delay before experiencing sharp pain. Aprille helped me to retrain my muscles to fire without pain. I'm back to playing golf, working in the yard and walking the dogs. Thanks Aprille. PWH
