Chyenne and she just clicked with me the first time I saw her so I began seeing her in additon to Dr Grant for medication management. I have only ever met one therapist who has ever "gotten it" like she does. She doesn't just tell you what you want to hear, her goal is healing and to make you stronger. Therapy is hard work, change is hard, but Cheyenne have been instrumental in my personal growth. It has led to me seeing things in myself that I have never noticed before and being able to make positive changes. I have always been given the truth, sometimes that may be difficult to recieve but it has always been done with compassion, professionally, and with a "we're going to work on this together" attitude. She wants nothing but the best for her patients and I would highly recommend her. If you want the easy way out, no change, and an enabling therapist then she may not be there therapist for you but if you want growth and a caring, knowledgeable therapist, she's definitely the one!
