He treated me with respect.His front desk staff person need some sense of direction on customer service. she was rude in directing me to the office, then had a bad attitude upon approach I did let Dr. Bateman know this. I hope that rude lady know her attitude reflects upon his business as a doctor. I do appreciate the kindness of Dr. Bateman.I heard him correct the rude staff member, letting her know she should apologize. But not?
