I love his personality. He is very nice and easy to talk with. He treated me with respect. His front desk staff person need some sense of direction on customer service. she was rude in directing me to the office, then had a bad attitude upon approach I did let Dr. Bateman know this. I hope that rude lady know her attitude reflects upon his business as a doctor. I do appreciate the kindness of Dr. Bateman.I heard him correct the rude staff member, letting her know she should apologize. But not?
