Claudia is so kind and warm - it’s so easy to open up to her! Her caring personality and ability to level with me in a compassionate, non-judgmental way is such a blessing. She’s incredibly insightful and has helped my boyfriend and I work through a lot of our issues! As someone with anxiety, PTSD, and emotional dysregulation (and a partner with depression, low self esteem, anxiety, and PTSD), I can say that having her as my boyfriend and I’s couples therapist has been absolutely life changing. The CBT and DBT skills we’ve learned during sessions have helped the both of us with mindfulness, radical acceptance, open communication, emotional regulation, and idk the list could go on forever. About a year ago we’d been searching for someone we could trust for couples counseling when a friend recommended Claudia and I’m so glad she did!! Highly recommend!
