From day 1 dr. Ertl has been an advocate for my health. She takes time her appointments to make sure my concerns are heard. I have a complex family history and she takes the time to try to understand not only my health but my family health. She is patient and willing to answer any questions and takes the time to explain what labs mean. When making treatment decisions, she takes the time discuss options and has made good referrals when needed.
