How likely are you to recommend Dr. Roy?
The office staff were pleasant, the MA did a thorough intake interview. I came to this office in search of a new PCP after moving to NC. Dr. Roy was very polite and professional, I was immediately comfortable with him. Dr. Roy was patient as he reviewed my intake form, he did not rush the appointment. He did an exam, assessed my lungs and heart (as a nurse this reassured me). I feel lucky to have found such a caring, thorough physician on my first appointment. I had scheduled with 3 physicians hoping to find one I liked. I gladly cancelled the other 2 after meeting Dr. Roy.
