How likely are you to recommend Dr. Gonda?
Dr. Gonda was my primary physician since I moved to Arizona in 2008 and I was very pleased with his service but with the new ownership I have my doubts. I had scheduled my appointment for my semi-annual examination in December 2019 for June of 2020 and the day before my appointment, I called and discovered that the doctor who is now assigned to me, no longer accepts my health coverage. I have since secured another appointment with another health provider but am very upset that the new owners of this practice lack the courtesy to notify me in advance that I needed to find another physician. The new practice in my opinion "lacks professionalism"!
