How likely are you to recommend Dr. Sharpe?
Dr. Sharpe is very devoted to her patients. When you call her, she knows who you are if you just give your name without you giving DOB and insurance. She treats the whole patient. She is never rushed and refers you to a specialist if it is necessary. She always follows up on things. She is hampered only by the terrible new patient portal/billing system and phone call center at Westmed. Once you reach her or are actually in the office with her, she is extremely helpful getting patients needed information they can no longer access and even goes so far as to make copies for you herself. She always puts her patients first.
