How likely are you to recommend Dr. Asatrian?
For 14 days in the hospital last Christmas, I was under the care of several hospitalists. The only one of the four physicians that I feel truly listened to me was Dr. Asatrian. She listened attentively, addressing my concerns about treatments and procedures. The others seemed to be content to "give report" and declare without input what was going to happen to me next and when - no questions asked. Sometimes, they even left it up to the nursing staff to inform me of medicine changes. Dr. Asatrian always took the time to (1) explain what was being added/deleted/changed and then (2) actively listen and take my concerns under advisement. Truly she is a top quality, knowledgeable medical doctor with a awesome bedside manner.
