When I arrived at Chen Medical, as always, I was greeted by their friendly staff. I was escorted upstairs where another receptionist saw that I had severe vertigo, as a result from an elevator accident, and she placed me in a room where I could lay down while waiting for Dr Reuveni. A few minutes later, Dr Reveni walked in with a huge smile on her face. From the first moment I met her, Dr Reuveni made me feel so comfortable with her extremely warm and caring personality. It is very obvious she loves people and really enjoys her work. After taking care of an issue with an area under the nail of a toe on my left foot, we had a very nice conversation and she even took a lot of her time to write out and diagram some information for me about how veins function. She made recommendations for compression socks that would help heal the veins on my left foot and right leg. Dr Reuveni was so sweet and really made my appointment a nice experience. Thank you so much, Dr Avia! You are the BEST!
