Good afternoon dr. Turner I dont know if you remember me I was your patient in the 90s. I will never forget how you help me with my blood pressure really late 89s I started coming to you. U r and were the best dr. I have ever found til today. The cocktail you put me on lasted me til April 2017. Tgen it had to be changed. Thank you for being an awesome person and an awesome dr.
