I would like to commend a Staff member at Dr. Atiq's office by the name of Andres Liriano. I had left a message, requesting a return call to try to get an appointment asap, for I had been told at the emergency room at the hospital that my condition was potentially extremely serious, and I had to see a gastroenterologist asap. Other gastroenterologists' offices could not fit me in to their schedule, notwithstanding the seriousness of my condition. Surprisingly, Andres called me back the same day, offering me an appointment for the next morning. He was so very caring, compassionate and professional, a very rare find at a doctor's office in this day and age. It took about an hour to set up my account over the phone, & he never rushed me, although I'm sure his shift was over. I hope that his services at Dr. Atiq's office are appreciated, for he is an exceptional employee.
