Dr. Hood took the time to listen, examine, ask questions, and offer a plan of treatment with follow up. I’m dismayed at some of the negative reviews here mentioning wait times (that’s a given with almost all specialists in my experience) and her appearance. She was appropriately, cleanly, and neatly attired in scrubs with a doctor coat. I found her much more approachable and confident than a suit-clad doctor more concerned with prestige than performance.
