How likely are you to recommend Dr. Chosei Owan?
Dr. Owan is hands down the best doctor I have ever had. He is kind hearted, compassionate, sincere, and extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Owan really listens to what I have to say and HEARS what I am saying. He never shames me, and always takes his time to explain things, and makes sure I understand what he is telling me, explaining any medical jargon I don’t know. He looks at me as a total person and is empathetic, calm, and reassuring. It’s obvious he is dedicated and committed to his patients’ health, as he has always called me to check up on me after being sick, and follows up with me and responds to my questions—even when it’s outside my regular appointments. With his expertise, compassion, and actions, I know Dr. Owan really cares about what I'm dealing with and wants me to live my best life. I’m so grateful I have Dr. Owan as my physician, and I feel confident and safe in his care. He truly is an outstanding doctor and such a wonderful person. I hope he never leaves Kaiser!
