Patient Reviews

I saw Dr. Smith for the first time. I was somewhat nervous about seeing a urologist but his calm demeanor and good nature immediately put me at ease. I was able to speak openly with him about my symptoms and I felt like he was really listening to my concerns. He offered several options for how to evaluate my symptoms, and he also engaged me in the decision-making process. I felt like everything was discussed thoroughly. He was even running on time, which I know is rare for a busy surgeon. We were able to do my appointment through a video visit which was extremely convenient for me. He was able to reference my prior medical records easily during the visit. I would definitely recommend Dr. Daniel Smith at The Polyclinic.

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
