Patient Reviews
Mar 17, 2019
As an 11 cancer survivor, Dr. David Wood was my surgeon while at The University of Mi. Hospital in Ann Arbor. In my opinion, his knowledge of my condition and skill at using the Da Vinci robotic arms saved my life. He also worked well with my oldest brother who also had prostate cancer as I and who lived to be 91 years. Dr. Wood is amazing in his field and as a person. If you are looking for a urologist, it would be a big mistake not to contact him. Thank you Dr. Wood. Elden Zang

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
