How likely are you to recommend Dr. Floyd?
Knowledgeable, friendly, and down to earth. He has a way of explaining things in layman's terms. I followed him to his new location because he's worth the extra drive. Front desk leaves something to be desired, but I assume that is out of his control. Regardless, he's still worth it.
