In January 2023 he did an knee scope on my left knee ! He explained the procedure to me the day of surgery and to my daughter who was there to drive me home! He went over the post op instructions! I have been in the Navy over 22.5 years and he is the best surgeon I have ever experienced ! While on Active Duty he also took care of me and other services members in the unit I was in! He performed a lot of surgeries there and NO complainant from the guys that he operated on not me! I’ve known Dr Carr since 2009! No issues w him! BEST Ever
