Before meeting Dr. Donny Wynn, I was told it would be hard to get into him and he was touted by many colleagues as the best Endocrinologist in OKC! Well HE is….. and easily one of the best in the state! If you need a Dr. that helps treat and understand the ever evolving world of adrenal sufficiency or Addison’s disease, diabetes, thyroid, APS. He's the one. He is thorough, he cares, he asks the right questions, he LISTENS to his patients, and his medical staff are excellent, thorough and attentive! I’ve been a patient of his for over 3+ years! Seeing him 3-4 times a year! He’s even called me directly on a Sunday morning when he was concerned I was going into adrenal crisis. My only regret at writing this review is selfish thinking that he’ll be offered a job somewhere far away. Even with myself seeing some of the best Endocrinologists at multiple Mayo Clinic locations, he is still THE BEST! I would drive hours to see him if need be, or if I decide to move! My FAV! Thank you Dr Wynn and

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
