How likely are you to recommend Dr. Gessner?
Dr. Gessner is an extremely kind, friendly, and intelligent doctor. He really helped me through this difficult time and recovery process, especially with his humor and personality, which definitely lifted the horribleness of having a broken foot that needed 6 screws and 1 plate. He explained my x-rays well to me and adjusted my treatment plan accordingly. The business as a whole was pretty good with communication and getting appts. set up when I really needed help, but did find many staff members to be quite rude and stand-offish. Overall I was cared for and it was a good experience, well, the best one can get having a broken foot and surgery!
