How likely are you to recommend Dr. Ong?
For my appointment, Dr Ong had obviously reviewed my chart & history before coming into the treatment room. He had handwritten notes in front from my past visits which is refreshing in this day of digital records. He offered me his honest opinion of my diagnosis & any follow up treatment needed & allowed me to tell him which option I preferred. He showed me some photos from my ultrasound & explained what I was looking at. He answered all of my questions & treated me with respect. He's great!
