Patient Reviews
Jan 16, 2024
Had gone to 2 different Neurosurgeons in Tulsa. My presentation was non-typical. They couldn't accept I had pain were I did, and didn't have pain where I should. Was sent to Pain Management where I endured epidural steroid injections, facet injections and ablations. Nothing helped more than a couple of weeks. 3 years went by and I was unable to work due to the pain. Finally, at my request I was referred to Dr. Nasr. I had a C/5-C6 discectomy and fusion that went great and 3 months later had a L/4-L/5 complete discectomy and fusion. I woke up from surgery and for the first time in 4 years my legs no longer hurt. I was literally up walking in the halls within that first hour back from surgery. I am an RN, I have been back to work for over 2 years now. 2023 was the 40th year in my profession. Dr. Nasr and the team at the Specialty Spine Hospital gave me my life back.
