How likely are you to recommend Dr. Jifi?
I have always been satisfied with Dr. Jifi and his staff. Yes, some days they are busy and distracted where they may seem unfriendly. I selected Dr Jifi because I had experienced his patient care while working at Christus Spohn Hospital. He was friendly and listened to my concerns and already knew what was ailing me. They have always returned my call. You just have to be patient and keep your phone handy. I have missed their calls a few times. But when I call and get an answer I am always immediately transferred. Dr. Kasey Ramirez is now my physician, she is amazing. I would like Dr. Jifi, but he is extremely busy and is in high demand. Kasey reviews my chart each time I visit the office. As for COVID, if your immune system is weak, you will contract it. I worked in the health care and if you DO NOT get your vaccines, you will catch whatever epidemic is active at the time, all the time. Exposure is eminent and not diagnosed till you are in clinic. Most people cannot afford test kits.
