I was rescheduled to someone else because they wanted to make sure that my insurance didn’t lapse. His team called back because he had gone over my health records and knew what was going on with me. Later my insurance denied the procedure & I got a cancellation notice but he said “I’m doing this anyway because her health is at risk” he had his team contact me to tell me what the surgery was going to be carried out as planned. After my surgery he waited for me to be alert and came to explain what he saw & that I had several gallstones. He got me in a week later to remove them. That surgery is tomorrow and I’m willing to do an update. I highly recommend Dr. Namat It was sad to see bad reviews for things that should have been the responsibility of the patient. If you need an interpreter, then bring one or if you let your insurance know they will have one there for you. It’s not the doctor’s responsibility.
