After over a year of Searching...I Finally found My Dr. Hayley Again!!!! Because, she is Not with the company listed on this site any more.. this site will not allow me to use names of where she is currently practicing..so, I suggest you just search for Senior Primary Care She has all of the qualities that you'd want in a Dr.... She Listens, Cares, Is Smart, Compassionate and doesn't make you do tests that you do you don't want to take....I Highly Recommend Her If You are a Senior! P.S., This site needs to Update It's Info!

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams.
