How likely are you to recommend Dr. Xu?
I have been seeing Dr. Xu for quite some time now and I absolutely adore her. I am someone who is VERY particular about her doctors and Dr. Xu checks off all the boxes for me. She is very attentive when you're talking to her -- she is never multitasking. Most importantly, I never feel rushed when I'm with Dr. Xu. She listens to all my concerns and not only listens, but really hears what I'm saying. Dr. Xu answers all of my questions and always guides me on my health journey. I always feel like I'm making very informed decisions because of Dr. Xu. Sure, the office leaves a bit to be desired. No one ever picks up the phone or calls you back until you've called like the fourth of fifth time. And you're sometimes waiting for an hour in the waiting room to be seen, but that really isn't her fault. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Xu.
