I used Dr Philips for the first time due too a completely torn bicept tendon. He makes you feel like you've known each other for years and does an excellent job speaking in plain terms to help you understand what the injury is and the procedure that needs to be performed. His staff including the PA are all excellent, friendly, and helpful. The surgery was total success and I feel like nothing ever happened
