Dr Darji has so patiently taught and guided me to find a happier life -fight through surgery recovery, find my strength to leave an abusive spouse, learn coping skills for anxiety and depression that don't involve numbing it all out. ... I have fought mental health for decades in all of the wrong ways, had Dr's that didn't listen or care, gave up, gave in, and then finally gave another therapy a chance. Now I am healthier- it's a process, working daily towards inner peace and finding joy in daily life. I know I've done the hard work but without the plan and encouragement from Dr Darji I would not be alive today-this much I know is true; I never would have believed I could leave and succeed, self esteem broken and so accustomed to easy solutions that solved nothing. I am very grateful for the work and compassion of the entire staff...even the office gals ask about my kids and chat social life. I feel like they provide a circle of support to help happiness come back.
