How likely are you to recommend Dr. Waters?
It took me years to understand how valuable she is and how excellent she is at her work. I am going to ask her if I can write a biography is of her life calling it "The Beauty of a Scalpel in the Hand of a Beautiful Doctor'. We'll see if she allows me, but the reason being, she just 'happened' to be in the Reno area in 2015 when I was in need of brain surgery. She had to leave some of the tumor behind (which was miraculously healed) because if she didn't there could have been a risk of paralysis. I SO appreciate her.
